We endeavour to keep the ingredient and nutrition information up to date, there may be instances where a recipe is changed and is not reflected on the products page. Please always refer to the products packaging upon delivery of your order for the most accurate product information. Where possible we have provided information if any of our products are potentially unsuitable for a breed. However, each pet is individual and unique, while a product may generally be suitable for a certain breed, it may not be suitable for an individual pet. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Promotions, vouchers and competitions

Occasionally we may offer promotions, vouchers and competitions on the website or on other media networks, each shall be subject to its own terms and will be subject to availability at all time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Discounts, vouchers, promotional discounts and loyalty rewards offered by Mariners Choice are only valid on Mariners Choice website, unless otherwise stated.

Right to suspend or cancel your registration

We have the right to suspend or cancel your registration on our website if your breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions. We may restrict or immediately prevent your access.

Ordering Goods

When you submit on online order you will receive a confirmation email, if you wish to change or cancel an order once it has been placed contact our sales team by contacting us on sales@seatreats.co.uk or telephone us on 01472 867170 within 24 hours. Provided the processing has not yet started, our sales team will be able to change or cancel the order. If your products have already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Where the purchaser has used a promotional code or discounted price of their order, the order is subject to verification the code has been personally issued to you, in the event it has not, the price of the order will be adjusted. Refunds for products purchased under a promotion will be made on the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.


The price of our products are as quoted on the website, except in instances of obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel or not to fulfil any order in relation to inaccurate pricing. If we do discover an error in our prices we will contact you with the correct information, at this point you may confirm or cancel your order.

The price of our products may be subject to change at any time, these changes will not affect order which have already been dispatched.

Payments for goods will be taken from either your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order. We will refund any payment of an order that is not accepted.

Prices outlined on the website are all inclusive of VAT and deliver changes are indicated throughout the website and on the ‘delivery’ page.

Consumer rights

To change or cancel an order once it has been placed contact our sales team immediately by contacting us on sales@seatreats.co.uk or telephone us on 01472 867170 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Friday. You will be required to quote the order number and the date the order was placed.

Provided the processing has not yet started, our sales team will be able to cancel the order. If your products have already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Refunds policy

Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund or replace a product. We must be notified of all returns by email or telephone within 14 days of the delivery of the product. When an order is returned due to no fault of Sea Treats, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the delivery.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.  This does not affect your statutory right.

In the event of a product being faulty, damaged or different from the description, we will refund the order including the original delivery charges.We will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer

Unless otherwise agreed the refund will be made using the original payment method.


Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
